Brief
Site safety is paramount for any company, especially companies operating machinery and vehicles. Here our client Marshalls CPM required the removal of their old failing line marking and full replacement with new more bold markings.
The project was delivered within the required timescales and completed in 2022 on budget.
Product
The old failing line marking was removed using our own specialist shotblasting equipment. This is a clean and efficient way of removing all old markings whislt also prepping the surface for the new material to be laid.
The product used for marking these internal lines was a premium polyaspartic high build resin. The great thing about polyaspartic high build resin is that it is very durable and more resistant to chipping scratches and scuffs due to its semi flexible structure.
This makes polyaspartic high build resin a better product for this installation compared to a standard epoxy.
To prevent operational downtime the project had to be completed quickly and systematically. Fastline Services Ltd achieved this by putting in place a detailed installation plan to ensure minimal operational disruption whilst the line marking was installed.
