Fastline Service Ltd through our CIPLAN service provide facilities maintenance and support services to the RDC, distribution, warehousing and manufacturing sectors.

Through a CIPLAN contract Fastline Services Ltd will provide maintenance and support services for all identified zones and areas and their associated infrastructure within the defined property limits throughout the Contract term.

Full CIPLAN package would include Bi-annual site visits by one of Fastline Services qualified surveyors. The site visits will be conducted within the contracted areas or zones of works.

Following each site visit all observations of improvements will be logged and ticketed within the CIPLAN portal. These tickets will be graded as follows:

• YELLOW: Low – recommended work but not urgent

• AMBER: Medium – recommended work to be scheduled

• RED: Priority – Urgent work needed

The graded tickets will give the customer a real time overview of all improvements needed on site at any one time. Graded tickets will show all information regarding the improvement including images, survey reports, recommended works and time scales.

Quotations for works can be raised on all tickets along with lead times and scheduled time frames.
